425 Hartman Road – Austell, Georgia

In 2006, BDG developed this 355,000 square foot state-of-the-art concrete tilt-up warehouse building in its Hartman Road Business Park. The cross-dock building includes 32’ clear-height ceiling, 68' deep staging bays, reinforced flooring in the staging bays and an ESFR fire suppression system. The venture was co-financed with a nationally-recognized investment company and was leased in its entirety to Publix Supermarkets, Inc. Based upon this success, BDG plans future development at its Hartman Road Business Park.
