Cypress Mill is a 260,000 square foot retail center located on a major thoroughfare in Brunswick, Ga. In 2004, its owner, a major Atlanta-based retail property investor, engaged BDG as management and leasing agent due to BDG's long-term record of successfully operating properties in this coastal market. BDG promptly reduced operating expenses and enhanced service to tenants. In 2005, a major roof replacement project was efficiently completed at Cypress Mill.
