Centrally located in north Fulton County in Metro Atlanta, Hembree Center offers various combinations of office, warehouse, and showroom space in individual units. Phase I, containing 80,000 square feet, was completed in 2008. The property will ultimately contain 145,000 square feet. With its flexible design, Hembree Center offers spaces as small as 1,000 square feet to over 25,000 square feet. Occupants may lease or purchase the units. The Hembree Center development team enjoys an excellent resume of successful real estate development throughout the Southeastern United States and Central America.
