In 2009 BDG identified and acquired 47 vacant developed single-family lots in an existing subdivision in Northeast Metro Atlanta from a major southeastern bank. The property is near access routes to major job centers and to attractive retail centers and schools. BDG intends to stabilize the property and remarket the lots to home builders upon recovery of the local housing market. Under very conservative assumptions the investment is projected to yield significant investment returns.
