Summit Plaza - Chamblee, Georgia

Summit National Bank developed this building in the mid 90's to house its Asian Banking Branch and to offer speculative office space. After a year without leasing success, the owner engaged BDG to manage and lease the property. BDG promptly leased the building to 100% and continues in a property management and leasing role. The property is now owned by United Commercial Bank which is headquartered in San Francisco, CA.
