Brook Hollow Center

In 2007, BDG acquired controlling interest in this five-building 253,000 square foot office warehouse park fronting on Interstate 85 in northeast Metro Atlanta. Upon assuming control, BDG implemented a program to refurbish office interiors, exterior graphics, landscaping, and parking areas. An intensive marketing program resulted in a reconstitution of tenants and a substantial improvement in occupancy. In 2019, BDG sold the property to a national real estate investment company. The investment generated a high teens rate of annual return on invested capital during the holding period.
