Oglethorpe Crossing

Built in 1997, this 58,000 square foot retail center, anchored by Publix and CVS, is located in the fashionable area of Brookhaven in Metro Atlanta. In 2006, a major Southeastern investment company and BDG acquired the asset as part of a multi-property tax deferred exchange. Because of its long-term relationship with its partner, BDG was retained as property manager and leasing agent. Upon strategic repositioning of valuable road frontage space, this asset was sold in 2011.
