Parkway Place

Parkway Place is a 30,000 square foot retail and office plaza in the affluent area of Buckhead in Metro Atlanta. With its exposure to a major traffic artery and two national anchor tenants, the property has enjoyed long-term success. In 2004, BDG was engaged as management and leasing agent by its Owner, a leading regional investment company. In recent years, BDG negotiated long term leases with key tenants and coordinated a reconfiguration of the property.
