56 Marietta Street

This 130,000 square foot office building is located in Atlanta’s central business district and is known as the former Western Union Building. During its long involvement throughout the 1990’s as management and leasing agent, BDG significantly reduced annual operating expenses while maintaining competitive service to existing tenants. Significant programs included the installation of energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems. Following a major renovation study, BDG ultimately orchestrated a strategic sale of the asset.
