This eight-building, 198,000 square foot office park, built in the early 1970’s, is strategically located on 17 acres near Interstate 285 in Northeast Metro Atlanta. In 2007, a major regional development company purchased the property for the purpose of redeveloping it after an interim holding period. Having a longstanding relationship with this Owner, BDG was engaged to implement a leasing and management program tailored for this unique short-term objective.
