Plaza Square North

In the mid 90’s, BDG acquired an interest in this 100,000 square foot office building in the Central Perimeter market of Metro Atlanta. BDG also provided asset management, property management and leasing services. During its involvement, BDG increased occupancy over 15%, made several key building enhancements and restructured the loan on the property. Ultimately, BDG and its partners sold the property, generating substantial investment returns.
